Why did you decide to train as an industrial clerk?

πŸ’¬ β€œ[Answer]”: Because you go through all the departments, I found this job super multi-faceted and exciting, especially because I always learn something new and every few months something new comes my way in the departments. I get to know the whole company and therefore also many of my colleagues.

Which departments have you already got to know at GABLER and can you say which one you have liked the most up until now?

πŸ’¬ β€œ[Answer]”: First I was in the warehouse, then in Purchasing, followed by Financial Accounting, Controlling, QM, Order Management and Work Preparation. πŸ’¬ β€œ[Answer]”: I help with preparing quotations for spare parts for the machines. Then I process the orders and send order confirmations. I am also allowed to create packing lists, down payments and invoices. Then came the dispatch of parts, which I organized together with my colleagues.

πŸ’¬ β€œ[Answer]”: I was surprised by how quickly I settled into the department and became comfortable with the tasks, so that I was able to work independently after a short time. It was very easy for me to learn a lot of new things quickly and apply them in practice.

Do you already have an idea of what area you would like to work in later on?

πŸ’¬ β€œ[Answer]”: Basically, I’m very open-minded about it. Of course I have my favorites, but I’m open to any department after my apprenticeship. There are now more departments that I can get to know, so I’m looking forward to that. That can certainly influence my decision.
